What is Text n Talk?
Text n Talk service allows you to make very cheap international calls from your mobile or landline with no need to set up an account. The service operates on a pre-pay basis and calls are made using the available credit, which can be topped up on request.

How do I top up?
Simply text RING to 80556 for a £5 call credit or RING to 84459 for £3 credit
The text message will be charged to you by your mobile provider and for this we send your pin number with £3/ £5 credit along with the local and free phone access numbers

How do I use Text n Talk?
Simply dial any one of the access number included in the confirmation text message, listen to the message, if dialing from a different phone from that which you topped up from, then use the PIN included in the welcome text, enter the full international number - do not press send again. That's it your connected.

What if I have sent a text requesting a top up, but have not received a confirmation message back?
Generally a confirmation message is sent instantaneously, however very occasionally for example at peak times the mobile networks maybe congested which means that the confirmation message maybe delayed. Do not resend the message as you will be charged twice. If after a couple of hours you have not received the confirmation message please contact our customer services team who will be able to identify what the issue is.

Are there any administration, subscription or other fees?
Surcharge to dial 0800 access is 1p per minute. Payphone surcharge 10p per minute. A connection fee applies equal to the cost of a one minute call.

Is there a maximum amount of top ups that I am allowed in one day?
Yes, you can not top up with more than £20 in one day i.e. 4 X £5 top ups.

You must have a UK mobile and have the bill payer's permission. This is a reverse-billed text service, cost of text to 80556 will be charged at £5.00 plus your standard network text charge and the cost of text to 84459 will be charged at £3.00 plus your standard network text charge. A confirmation text informing you that your mobile has been charged £3/£5 will be sent shortly thereafter. Calls will disconnect once the credit is finished and a new text request with RING to 80556 or 84459 will have to be made for a further top up. Credit lasts for 90 days from day of first use. Cost of calls to the 0208 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Calls charged per second. Prices are subject to changed without prior notice. Calls made to mobiles may cost more, unless specifically mentioned in the destination list. If you choose to join us as a subscriber you agree to be automatically charged a further £3/£5 before your credit is about to run out. We will then charge you £3/£5 and top-up your mobile with £3/£5 of extra talk credit. To unsubscribe simply text STOP to 80556 (£5 credit) or 84459 (£3 credit) at any time.
